We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and business information when you register for an account. We also collect information about your use of our platform, including campaigns created, leads generated, and social media posts published on your behalf.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send service communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All personal data collected from Canadian users is stored on servers located in Canada, in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation including Quebec Law 25.
When you connect your Facebook Page and Instagram Business account to REGA, we access and store your Page access tokens to publish content on your behalf. We request only the minimum permissions necessary. You can disconnect your accounts at any time through the Settings panel. We do not access your personal Facebook profile, friends list, or private messages.
AlphaSpark operates in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). All AI-powered calling features require documented express consent from contacts before initiating communications. We maintain consent records and honour opt-out requests within 10 business days.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Campaign data, lead information, and call logs are retained for 24 months from creation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@alphaspark.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
Our platform integrates with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Anthropic (Claude AI), Bland AI (voice calling), and Twilio (SMS). Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted storage of access tokens, and role-based access controls. We conduct regular security reviews of our platform.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of REGA after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
